Inspired, Experienced Investment.

Elm Property Investors offer
investment opportunities for
sophisticated investors.

Elm Property Investors was launched in 2022; the partnership between Julian Lodge and Adam O’Donoghue was borne out of a 15-year relationship formed whilst building the Primewest business ahead of an ASX-listing in November 2019, followed by a takeover of the business by Centuria Capital mid-way through 2021.

The Directors oversaw the acquisition, development and asset management of more than $5b of Australian commercial real estate. Sectors included office, industrial, daily needs retail and large format retail in all states of Australia. This depth of experience allows us to be connected across the industry to investment partners, agents, financiers, industry participants and tenants.

The Directors pride themselves on building long-standing, respectful relationships with all stakeholders involved which will assist in
delivering optimal returns for investors. This includes a very hands-on asset management approach by both Directors to ensure our assets are well positioned with sustainable tenants and long-standing relationships with our contractors.
