Whilst we consider macro-economic conditions, we adopt a bottom-up approach to ensure that each asset has strong fundamentals that will allow it to perform in its particular sub-market and most importantly through varying market cycles.
We are a long-term property investor who seeks out opportunities both on and off-market to generate long term income streams with the potential for capital growth, but always maintaining the core focus of capital preservation.
